CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CLIENT
In case of cancellation, the following penalty will be charged:

   - 6 days before the date of arrival 0% of the amount of the reservation.
   - between 5 and 3 days 50%.
   - less than 2 days before, 100%.

There will be no REFUNDS if the client voluntarily abandons the services before completing his stay.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In the event that for unforeseen reasons and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company may make available to the customer another accommodation of equal or higher characteristics without reimbursement for
none of the parties.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection ("LPD"), we inform you that by completing the booking process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company’s files, in order to provide and offer our services.
We also inform you of the possibility to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, being responsible for the file the company itself.
